Cogent has strategic investor

New Frontier Holding GmbH, based in Vienna, on October 16 2008 signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 51% stake in the Slovakian IT Solutions company, Cogent s.r.o. Branislav Vujovic, CEO of New Frontier Holding, is pleased that his team was able to conclude this acquisition despite the current financial turmoil, adding with this acquisition another key territory in CEE, Slovakia, and another key target portfolio area, Enterprise performance management to the group.
