The owners of the New Frontier Group, Profinit and Cogent have agreed to proceed with bringing the businesses of Profinit Slovakia s.r.o. and Cogent Slovakia s.r.o. together. Profinit Slovakia s.r.o is specialized in information management and data management solutions while Cogent s.r.o. is specialized in business intelligence, performance management and business execution solutions. Combining now both businesses and competencies under the common New Frontier umbrella will bring direct benefits to the customers as well as operational benefits for the business execution. The shareholders of the companies have also agreed that Radovan Cechvala, who joined Cogent s.r.o. few month ago as Sales Executive Director, will be promoted to General Manager of the combined company that will be rebranded to New Frontier Slovakia.

Effective with 1st March 2010, New Frontier Group and SuccessFactors, Inc. entered into a strategic Reseller agreement, whereby all companies that are part of New Frontier Group are entitled to promote and resell SuccessFactor SaaS Business Execution Solutions and associated Services. The Reseller Agreement is valid for NF Group companies and the respective countries, including Austria and also valid for Russia. New Frontier Slovakia as member of New Frontier Group will promote therefore Successfactors solutions on the slovakian market. During the Cogent Performance Forum on 10th of June, Successfactors solutions will be first time presented and showcased on the slovakian market.

New Frontier Holding GmbH, based in Vienna, on October 16 2008 signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 51% stake in the Slovakian IT Solutions company, Cogent s.r.o. Branislav Vujovic, CEO of New Frontier Holding, is pleased that his team was able to conclude this acquisition despite the current financial turmoil, adding with this acquisition another key territory in CEE, Slovakia, and another key target portfolio area, Enterprise performance management to the group.
